Terms of use
The terms on which the game and this site operate.
1.What this covers
These terms cover the site abilitrpg.com and the game running on it. By using them you accept the terms; if you disagree, do not use them.
2.Your account
The account is yours and keeping access to it is your responsibility. We do not know your password and cannot restore it: only an irreversible fingerprint of it is stored. Keep your recovery code safe — it is the only spare key.
3.What you post
Your forum texts stay yours, but by posting them you allow us to display them on the site. Posts that break the rules are hidden; persistent breaking closes your ability to post.
4.In-game valuables
Credits, abilit, gear and other in-game property are not your possessions and hold no monetary value outside the game. Their amounts can change when balance is adjusted or a fraudulent trade is rolled back.
5.The game as it is
The project is in development and has bugs. We do our best to keep progress intact and take daily backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and will not promise it.
6.Ending it
You may stop playing at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to support. We may close access for breaking the rules, having explained why.
7.Changes
The terms can change along with the game. Material changes are announced in the news section, next to the patch notes, so they cannot be missed.
