Battle for Abilit

A dark turn-based sci-fi RPG. Eight factions carve up the ruins of the galaxy, the economy is genuinely alive, and the auction house is run by players like you. Right in the browser, no install.

What awaits you

Turn-based duels

Pick your strike and guard zones, bank energy for abilities. Bosses shift behaviour between phases, so a memorised combo stops working halfway through.

A living economy

The auction house is run by players: you list an item, a buyer pays, the market takes a cut. Prices depend on who controls the system.

Guilds and raids

A weekly raid boss, a vault, a shipyard and a weekly goal. Damage accumulates from every guildmate's fight, and contributors claim the reward.

One shared world

A world boss with a single server-wide health pool, a faction war over territory, and a live galaxy event feed.

Roadmap

A major release every week

One big release a week, always due Sunday. Only things the game does not have yet.

Week 1Planned

Bosses that flinch

by Aug 16

Right now a named boss does not react to being hit at all.

  • Hit animation for all four named bosses
  • Camera recoil and hit-stop on heavy blows
  • Phase transition gets its own animation, not just a log line

Week 2Planned

Elements you can see

by Aug 23

A plasma hit and a cryo hit look exactly the same today.

  • Own effect for plasma, cryo, kinetic and shadow
  • Weakness hit reads as a separate, louder effect
  • Heal, shield and buff stop sharing one generic sparkle
Week 3Planned

Entering a fight should feel like something

by Aug 30

Screens swap instantly — a warp and a fight start look the same.

  • Cinematic entry into battle with the enemy introduced
  • Warp, docking and return to the bridge get their own transitions
  • Victory and defeat are staged, not a modal on top of a frozen frame
Week 4Planned

Player shops in the hub

by Sep 6

You can build a shop, but nobody can find it.

  • Hub tab with the storefronts of other players
  • Search by item and sorting by price
  • Owner sees demand: what people looked at and what they bought
Week 5Planned

Starter kits and packs

by Sep 13

Help the player without selling them a win.

  • Starter kits: time saved, not power bought
  • Packs read honestly — what is inside and what it is worth
  • Nothing in a pack breaks the balance curve
Week 6Planned

Full English version

by Sep 20

The interface speaks English, the world still does not.

  • Items, enemies, missions and factions get English names
  • Campaign and codex read as one voice, not machine output
  • Language switch stops leaking Russian into an English screen
Week 7Planned

A third hero

by Sep 27

Two heroes means two playthroughs. There should be a reason for a third.

  • New class with its own ability deck and its own way to fight
  • Own sprite set: idle, attack, hit, death
  • Own voice in the campaign — the story reacts to who you are
Week 8Planned

Campaign, book two

by Oct 4

The story has an end. After it there is only the grind.

  • Continuation beyond the final step of the current campaign
  • Two new named bosses with their own phases
  • The endgame gets a goal, not just repeat runs
Week 9Planned

App on the phone

by Oct 11

The build exists and has never left the workshop.

  • Store build, icons and screenshots
  • Push notifications: raid boss, guild goal, energy restored
  • Launch straight into the game, no browser in between
Week 10Planned

Season one

by Oct 18

Everything above becomes a reason to come back every day.

  • Season with a start, an end and a leaderboard reset
  • Rewards that cannot be bought — only played for
  • Weekly rotation of the world event

Eight factions

Each has its own motive and its own price for friendship. Reputation unlocks story, trade and contracts — but it always grows at someone else's expense.
